Hinckley Wharf CIC proudly supports four community-focused organisations that use the Wharf for recreation, training, boating and environmental stewardship.

Our Community Partners

Hinckley Wharf CIC exists to support, enable and enhance water-based community activities in Hinckley. Our work is shaped by the organisations who use the Wharf every week — groups who bring life, purpose and community engagement to this historic part of town.

We bring together local clubs, charities, and volunteer groups who use the Ashby Canal and surrounding waterways as a base for education, recreation, and community wellbeing.

Brookfield Fishers

Brookfield Fishers is a community angling club under Hinckley Wharf CIC — promoting environmental stewardship, responsible fishing, and inclusive access to local waterways.

Hinckley Wharf CIC is a Community Interest Company dedicated to supporting, promoting, and safeguarding water-based community activities in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Hinckley Sea Cadets

Hinckley Sea Cadets offer nautical-themed youth training, boating skills, leadership development, and outdoor adventure. Supported by Hinckley Wharf CIC. Join cadets aged 10–18.
